PTEN is one of the most frequently mutated tumor suppressor genes in human cancers. By
counteracting the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway, PTEN plays an essential role in regulating
hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) self-renewal, migration, lineage commitment, and
differentiation. PTEN also plays important roles in suppressing leukemogenesis, especially
